We ascribe to the notion that every member is our family, and that we, as a village community, are responsible for the collective support, encouragement, and success of our family. We also embrace the notion that we must always honor the collective sacrifices and spirit of our ancestors whose very sacrifices have positioned us to continue to change the world.

MISSION

Our MISSION is to increase equitable representation of Blacks in senior leadership roles in healthcare, by embracing Black mid-career professionals through village mentoring, and to catapult them into promotional achievement and collective success.
